First thing.....Great shop! Quick to answer the phone near closing and gave me the hours for the next day to have my gun and silencer looked at. Walked in and was greeted and asked how they could help me. Told employee I had concerns about the mounting of a silencer that I had just received and he grabbed the armorer/gunsmith and were able to address my concerns and explained to me what needs to happen to ensure proper installation/operation going forward. Small service fee for a professional gunsmith to fix the issue at hand. Being an out of town customer this whole establishment is extremely professional and will be heading this way to get some trigger therapy during my stay for work in Nashville. Thanks again for the great service!

Just finished Shooter Improvement l. Really, really enjoyed this class. Rich G. is an excellent (and entertaining) instructor. He diagnosed my issues and I started seeing improvements in the first few rounds. Would recommend this for sure and look forward to Shooter Improvement ll

My wife and I and our youngest son just successfully completed the concealed carry permit class with Karen. Awesome instructor and very helpful in answering the questions of the class.

I would recommend this place and this is why: Jason is by far the best firearms trainer that I have ever had in the last seven years of my career.
Jason will listen, he understands accuracy and the mistakes, he’s extremely patient which is very rare and for a woman that’s so important.
I want to learn from someone who has experience in the field and this Gentleman has all of that.
Please understand something I went to another range to shoot and was not impressed with the Franklin Gun range whatsoever. Do your due diligence and ask people.

Did the CCW class yesterday and Karen was a great instructor! I learned things from her in class that no other instructor had told me in over 2 years of shooting. That helped correct some issues I had on range, which enabled me to pass the shooting portion of the exam. She was patient and professional and has a great sense of humor

I had my first experience at shooting a gun last night with Dakota. I signed up for the one-on-one beginner. He is an excellent teacher. I enjoyed it and learned a lot. Signed up for a second class with him before leaving. I highly recommend visiting the Nashville Armory.

Great experience. Visiting from UK so totally new for us. All the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Really good instruction. I would definitely recommend if you’re passing that way.

I purchased my first handgun ever from Nashville Armory today. I had stopped by one evening last week to check out some guns, and a friendly and knowledgeable associate by the name of Levi spent a considerable amount of time patiently showing me several different guns and sharing his opinions in a low-pressure sort of way. Fortunately when I went back today, Levi was there and helped me again. He suggested I try shooting the gun I was considering before buying it. The gun range staff was equally helpful and friendly, and not only did I end up buying the gun, I also signed up for a gun range membership so I can get in some practice with my new gun and save on the normal fees. As a novice to handguns, what could have been a very intimidating experience turned out great thanks to Levi and the other excellent staff at Nashville Armory.

Went here to take my permit test since I moved from another state changing my residency. I took the two-night class with Karen and it was delightful! There were only 5 people in the class so it was nice to not have too many people there. As far as Karen goes, she made the class incredible! Even though the PowerPoint is mandated by Tennessee Karen took the time to answer questions and be a fantastic facilitator. In addition, her previous experience makes her a trustworthy source not just a fly by night instructor looking to make a buck. The range was clean and store was very nice, I will be going back for sure!

I just walked out of private training with Jason. What an incredible experience. I have a little experience with guns over my 46 years but I learned so much. I really enjoyed my two hours and I hope to be a gun owner soon where I can get some muscle memory. I highly recommend Jason

Very cool shop, we were able to rent some guns and shoot. All of the staff were very helpful, would highly recommend if you’re in the area!

As a huge novice when it comes to guns, they were great explaining the process and walking us through what to do and not do. I think it was Scott that served us and he spent time going through the handgun and the guy on the range was quick to help us out or answer our (stupid) questions. Range itself was clean, well-staffed, everything worked well and felt very safe. Great fun and a must do when visiting Nashville, especially for those from outside the US.

Great store and range. Craig, their gunsmith, is very helpful and all their sales staff have been really outstanding. The range is modern and has everything you need, nice and cool even in the August heat. They have a staff member in the range all the time for any issues that crop up. The only "issue" is that they're far too good at talking me into buying a new firearm.

Have been a frequent user of the “facilities” to receive various guns since mid-2017, and carry course, the staff is courteous and helpful. The training instructor was knowledgeable and helpful. I have recommended the Armory and training to friends.

My wife and I really had an amazing time here. We came with some friends and my wife shot a gun for the first time. She had such a fun time. I’d highly recommend this place for someone who is new to shooting or when a veteran marksman. Either way, you’re going to have a good time. It also helps that they rent out their guns to you if you need it.

Nashville Armory has my business indefinitely. In today's age, we don't typically find quality customer service like the NA reps. The transaction I made with these guys was quick and painless and I was attended to the entire time by Wade. He helped me with my purchase and was very friendly and personable. Sadly, being professional has escaped many businesses. I don't expect to be treated with friendly service at most places I patron. Having been in the customer service industry for many years, I can tell you that these guys get it. It's clear that customer service is a top priority for them. I am very aware of human interaction, as it is something I work with every day. I watched how the other reps interacted with other customers, and they too were helpful, professional, and high spirited. Even richer, I paid $70 less than what another shop wanted to charge me. I was in and out in less than an hour. My experience was fantastic. It went so well, that I bought a shirt and a sticker for my truck to help spread the word. They have a huge in stock selection of firearms and accessories, including blue label. If they don't have it, they'll order it. Their indoor range is top notch, too. Do your business with these guys, you won't be sorry.

Not just the best gun shop and range in Nashville - one of the best I’ve been in period. The big difference - aside from the clean and impressive facility - the customer service. The follow up even without a sale on the books from me was inspiring. Can’t wait to come back and visit their shop again

Great range! My favorite in town! Also want to shout out Craig the gunsmith they have onsite here. He was very patient with an old school rifle I brought in and was able to fix it for me.

I’ve been to a few different indoor ranges on different states and this one by far is the nicest I’ve been to friendly staff a big selection of fire arms to rent and the range itself was great

Karen was the best instructor! Having never held or shot a loaded gun before I scored a 99 on a practice 50 round. She had me so relaxed and I felt in total control. The facility is top-notch!!

It was my sons first experience at an indoor range and we had a great time. Everyone was great and the range is top notch. Look forward to going back.

The Armory do a great job of explaining and helping new or infrequent recreational shooters. I have been twice and will continue to visit. This place is very friendly but more important very safe.

Clean, state-of-the-art range. Non-intimidating, helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming staff. Great inventory (guns, accessories, and supplies) and reasonable pricing on order-in items. Solid rental assortment. Highly recommend!
